The Name Tarkovste and The Other


The name Tarkovste is a portmanteau. It takes the name of the legendary film director and applies part of my own on the end. This is not because of any notions of grandeur, it's more like being a messenger, spreading the word of the best from cinema history.

This particular part of the site, Tarkovste: The Other, will add bits of information from the past - tributes to national cinemas, directors, actors, and anyone involved in cinema. It will also be an archive resource for anything I have done which is not so newsworthy or resonant.
